SMS group renovated their five story office building on Sandusky Street in order to accommodate their sister company, which relocated from Cranberry Township. On the first floor an Automation Staging Room, a telepresence room, offices, workstations and a new kitchen were created. The first floor elevator lobby was also renovated and the reception desk relocated. New flooring and paint were installed on the upper floors. Coffee bars were redesigned on each floor, and additional offices were created on floors 3 and 5. The Design Alliance also provided move management services for relocating departments within the building and relocating the sister company from Cranberry.
