100,000 square feet - Expansion and renovation of law firm

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott required a reconfigured office environment to support their dynamic law practice and new level of employee interaction.

The Design Alliance accomplished this by renovating the existing two-story space with new attorney office configurations based on a set of standards created by Eckert Seamans. Centralized spaces and new efficient open workspaces permitted the support staff to more effectively handle the administrative tasks of additional attorneys.

Client spaces were then relocated to the building core and emphasis was placed on client amenities in these areas. A variety of conference rooms ranging from a formal board room to small informal conference spaces were included. An inviting, open reception and waiting area benefited from natural light that diffuses through the board room.

All client areas and amenities are linked via a well-organized circulation system of traffic corridors and interconnecting spiral staircase.
